We had a new boiler installed this week, following a survey a few months ago. Colin, our installer, was incredible. Due to staff absence, he did the majority of the 2 man install alone, working nearly 24 hours over 2 days. He was funny, engaging and very helpful-nothing was too much. He made sure at completion that the Hive system worked and I fully understood how to work the new system. He even phoned his office at 10pm to double check I'd been given the right warranty.
