Not only did we decide to change our boiler for a whole new system but we also decided to swap out all of the radiators, the pricing process was great, no sales pressure, simple to understand, no hidden costs, no upfront costs and pay when you are happy !!!! Jack & Christian arrived to do the install walked around to confirm everything before starting what a great team really polite, tidy and always checking we were happy with the work. After two days they were done when they said all materials will be removed it’s true everything taken away we were left with a great install, if you want a heating system this who you need to call with great service from start to finish.

What an amazing team to deal with ! Really happy with the service provided by the boiler team. Originally booked a service for my boiler but due to its age it was condemned leaving me with no heat or hot water. The engineer Collin was honest with me and gave me options to move forward. Paul then come to my house about 2 hours later and gave me a good price on a new boiler and said it could be fitted and up in running within 2 days. The boiler was condemned on Wednesday and I had a brand new boiler by Friday lunchtime. We had a new boiler installed this week, following a survey a few months ago. Colin, our installer, was incredible. Due to staff absence, he did the majority of the 2 man install alone, working nearly 24 hours over 2 days. He was funny, engaging and very helpful-nothing was too much. He made sure at completion that the Hive system worked and I fully understood how to work the new system. He even phoned his office at 10pm to double check I'd been given the right warranty.
