Really happy with the service provided by the boiler team. Originally booked a service for my boiler but due to its age it was condemned leaving me with no heat or hot water. The engineer Collin was honest with me and gave me options to move forward. Paul then come to my house about 2 hours later and gave me a good price on a new boiler and said it could be fitted and up in running within 2 days.
The boiler was condemned on Wednesday and I had a brand new boiler by Friday lunchtime. The service by everyone was first class especially by Collin, the engineer who originally serviced my old boiler

Our boiler blew up last Thursday, spoke to Paul Churchill, he gave me options of boilers with pros and cons. We chose the boiler and it was fitted yesterday by Paul (another Paul) and was professional and very tidy. Highly recommend this company
We had a new boiler installed this week, following a survey a few months ago. Colin, our installer, was incredible. Due to staff absence, he did the majority of the 2 man install alone, working nearly 24 hours over 2 days. He was funny, engaging and very helpful-nothing was too much. He made sure at completion that the Hive system worked and I fully understood how to work the new system. He even phoned his office at 10pm to double check I'd been given the right warranty.
